What is the Ocean Learning Platform?
The Ocean Learning Platform (often shortened to OLP) is Seagull's online training and assessment portal. Companies and training centres use it to assign CES (Crew Evaluation System) and CBT (Computer-Based Training) modules, and seafarers take the corresponding exams there.
